HDMI no signal - workaround remote play

Hi, I‘m on the Insider Delta. When I start a Ubisoft Game the screen turns black and i get the no signal screen of my tv. Then i open the Xbox app on my phone and start remote play. TV gets the signal of my xbox and i can play. But i have to stream the game on my phone for at least 1 minute. If i cancel the remote play to early the no signal screen of my tv comes back. After this wirk around the game runs smoothly. Please fix this, it is a very annoying bug. thanks HDMI no signal - workaround remote play :)

    HDMI TV Control

Can you still control it over the infrared signal?
Meaning with my TV remote? Yes. As well as my cable box remote, which controls the TV over HDMI.

After New Experience update, Xbox will not turn off my projector.

I have this exact same issue, but with an Epson projector. The problem can be resolved if you disable the instant on function. I believe the issue is the fact that the xbox sends the first power signal, then cuts the hdmi signal, then sends the second power
signal. When the hdmi signal is cut, it cancels out the first power signal, making me press power on the projector remote once to get it all the way off.

I have a acer asprire c 27 and I wanna play my Xbox series x and s on the monitor how do I get it to show ?

    Hey Jaylin!

Your Acer Aspire C27 has an HDMI-Out port, not an HDMI-In, meaning it’s designed to send a display signal to another monitor, not receive one.

To use your Xbox, you can:

    1. Connect it to a monitor with an HDMI-In port.

    2. Stream with Xbox Remote Play: Install the Xbox app on your PC, sign in, and stream your Xbox gameplay over your network.

You can find more information about Xbox Remote Play here:

Let me know if you have any other questions! I'm happy to help you in any way that I can.

    xbox one functionality

Does it have HDMI out and an IR receiver for a remote? If the answer to either of those questions is no, then no.

    .

TV signal has to be fed to the Xbox One via HDMI, and Kinect controls your tv/cable box/whatever via its IR blaster.

    Fix the thing already

my works fine. Sometimes it says HDMI signal lost...but I just hit a couple of buttons on my sat. remote and voila the screen pops right back up.
