HDMI no signal from Xbox one X

I have a 65 inch TCL Roku 4K HDR10 tv and an Xbox one X that I purchased this past Christmas. It is now Feb 7 2020 and I have had the same "no signal" issue twice already. The first time it happened I tried every troubleshooting advice I could find on
the xbox support page and nothing fixed the problem. Finally I had to send it in for repair at no cost to me. This would be awesome if I got my xbox back and it worked like it should. Well here it is 3 days later and it's doing the exact same thing! No
video signal from Xbox to TV. Has anyone else figured out the cause of this issue because there are several ppl having the same issue on many different tvs so I'm sure its not a tv issue. I'm wodering if the video graphics card that is in the xbox one x
is faulty? Thanks for reading. Dee

Both of my xbox one x say no signal and it being the hdmi ports both times.

Try using another cable, connect to another port or even TV? make sure the source is not any other factors as well.

I also am having the same exact issue.

Back in September 2019, I had my Xbox One X serviced for a faulty HDMI port (yes, I tried a new cable, tried a known working cable, went through multiple troubleshooting steps to no avail). After I received my device back, it worked fine for the last 5
months, however, now I'm having the same issue again. The difference this time is that my Xbox has gone outside of it's original warranty period.

My question is, how long is the work performed by Microsoft guaranteed for? 5 months? Less than 5 months? 2 months? It's not guaranteed? As it appears now, I will need to either send my device in for an out-of-warranty repair at the cost of $250, or potentially
just brick the device. I have expressed this to Xbox Support on Twitter and Noah (Xbox Ambassador) advised I should request a call back to discuss the issue since it was already serviced for the same issue. The problem with that is that there is no combination
of options on the Xbox Support page that would allow for any type of phone call or chat support (my assumption is that it is either an error in the new beta site's formatting or it's a method where Xbox Support won't have to deal one-on-one with any disappointed
customers).

To recap:

Tried the device on multiple TVs

Tried multiple HDMI cables (with two being swapped from working cable boxes)

Tried to factory reset my device

Tried to receive a call back to discuss potential servicing issues (unable to)

First thing I would try is using the xbox (and the hdmi cable) on another tv and see if the same thing happens.

If it doesnt then it's the tv, if it does, next try a different hdmi cable and see if that solves the problem. Hopefully that's all it is
