    HDMI-CEC support ?

There may be a solution now. I just realized there is a setting under TV & OneGuide >> Device Control. Under "Devices," select "TV" and then select "TV setup."

My result was "Your TV has been set up. We automatically detected your TV and know how to control it." My Samsung TV "model code" is UN50JU6500; it is from the year 2015.

Then under "Device power options," it looks like a sort of CEC configuration.

Now everything works as far as CEC functionality is concerned.

I also have Alexa set up to control my Xbox One S with an Echo Dot. I have digital assistants enabled under Settings >> Kinect & devices >> Digital assistants (may only be available on Preview builds - join the Xbox Insider program to gain access).

I can't imagine no one else knows this, but it never appeared during searches, so here's my solution. Let me know if there are questions. Hope it helps!

    :)

Xbox One Passthrough work when off?

I don't know what anynet is, nor do I know if "HDMI control" and HDMI-CEC are the same thing, but HDMI-CEC is supported according to MS.

Most PC Graphics Cards if any Do Not Support CEC so it's unlikely you will be able to change channel using Windows Media centre via HDMI. You can However buy CEC adapter like this. www.pulse-eight.com/.../usb-hdmi-cec-adapter
