From what I've been reading, HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 are required for UHD Bluray players so I think you are correct.

    HDMI 2.0 HDCP 2.2

    While the
Xbox One is capable of displaying 4K game, image and video content
, HDCP 2.2 was (to my knowledge) specified after the Xbox One Hardware was finalized.

So I'd GUESS that HDCP 2.2 is not in current generation Xbox consoles. That probably means you are restricted to 30fps 4K video content, or special streaming providers that stream 4k material without HDCP 2.2 protection. Also, HDCP2.2 also seems to be cracked,
and this would mean, that the content industry will eventually release another HDCP version again, rendering current equipment "useless" again.

So, personally, I'd wait on getting anything 4k related (be it TVs, projectors, AV Receivers) until the dust has settled, and enough 4k content is available.
