HDD is not formating

Discus and support HDD is not formating in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox 360 doesn't format HDD, tried to do it within settings.     HDD is not formating


    Xbox 360 doesn't format HDD, tried to do it within settings. It inits the process of formating, but then nothing happens and I see the same phrase that the HDD is not formated. Tried to solve that problem with the help of HDD Eraser, but couldn't find him
    in the searcher.

    Have you tried deleting all content from the HDD one item at a time?

    A 360 HDD plugged into an HDD port contains custom formatting and security data from the factory. You cannot plug just any HDD into a 360's HDD port. Formatting a 360 HDD using a PC destroys/erases all of the factory partitioning and formatting - the stuff
    that makes it a 360 HDD.

    It is not possible. Xbox format the HDD for itself inserts files into it. And it determines the HDD as an Xbox to connect to this HDD but you can not save anything on it. If you try to do this, it will prompt you to format the HDD.

    I have same issue with a HDD, i only format my hdd and works again.

    Just to be sure, did you try to format the HDD?

    The HDD Works with your PC?

    I NEED HELP

    First let's double check that the external HDD works. Try to connect to a PC. If the PC detects the HDD, format the HDD.

    The plug to your console to see it detects the HDD apply the Xbox Format again.
