    Cant connect on xboxlive with new console

    I know from some previous issues with a new Xbox 360 Slim 4GB that the users had to first format the HDD to sort it out. I assume you have nothing stored on this HDD. If so, try format the HDD.

    gears of war judgement wont play but other games will

    update: i had another HDD from a previous 360 that i have that got the red rings. swapped out the HDD and it plays fine, no problems. SO TO ANYONE HAVING THIS ISSUE, ITS TIME FOR A NEW HDD!!!

    The support the I am refered to only shows if you want to transfer stuff but what if the xbox totally dies and you can't turn it on. And you want to completely wipe the hdd?

    you would have to remove the hard drive and attach/insert it in another 360 of the same type and do it that way.
