HDCP MANAGEMENT ERROR

I was able to play bluray movies on my Xbox One X this past weekend but now it won't play anything but games. I received the HDCP MANAGEMENT ERROR, and after going through ALL of the supposed fixes offered by the MS virtual agent as well as a live person
from the support center, my system still will not play movies from physical media. Is Microsoft going to do something about it like issue a patch to fix it or what???? To see that others are experiencing this and nothing is being done about it upsets me...

Have you tried uninstalling the app and installing again after clearing the cache? See if this link helps you in something, I hope it can solve, good luck !!!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thanks but I just tried your suggestion as well to no avail. There is something deeper than what you guys have mentioned. I hope that MS comes to the rescue...if not, this will be my last MS console. I'm already planning to purchase a standalone 4k bluray
player. First Disney Plus and now this...GET IT TOGETHER Microsoft

Thanks but just like Thanos Oppressor this suggestion was also mentioned by the support center and it did not work.
