    I just bought the Stereo Headset Adapter for my Xbox One. I love it, since the only time I get to play is while my kids are asleep, and it frees me from constantly having to tweak the volume on my TV to keep from waking them.

    I'm having some problems with HDCP content, however.

    When playing a DVD, I get audio, but no video., just a black screen.

    On the off chance that it was an issue with the DVD, I tried streaming a movie from the Microsoft movies & TV app. In there I got a message about not being able to play HDCP protected content.

    This occurred even when my controller was off.

    Is there a particular setting I need to use for Headset audio to support this? I see no reason why it should not be feasible. My Smart TV allows me to stream audio from apps to my tablet (which I can then use a headset with), so it seems the HDCP specification
    does allow for streaming audio to another device.

    •You can only connect an Xbox 360 Chat Headset using the stereo headset adapter with a 2.5-mm to 3.5-mm converter, which comes with the Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter. The Xbox One Stereo Headset does not include this adapter cable.
