HD over WIFI, not over ethernet

Discus and support HD over WIFI, not over ethernet in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My xbox 360 cannot stream above 480 SD wired.     HD over WIFI, not over ethernet


    My xbox 360 cannot stream above 480 SD wired. Wirelessly, it doesn't go above 288 SD and it's 2 feet from the router. I have 4 other wireless devices that stream HD netflix in the house just fine over wifi. The router is waist high and free and clear of
    any obstructions in the middle of the house.

    I've live chatted with my ISP (50mbps comcast), Netflix and now Xbox live. No one knows anything. All they want you to do is reset X or reinstall their app.

    Can't play any online games, connected to xbox live though.

    Connecting via ethernet fixes this issue, not sure why it's not working over WiFi. It worked fine for the last week.

    Random game disconnects will only happen over wifi they shouldn't happen while connected via the ethernet.

    No but you can connect it via Ethernet cable with a cross over cable or with standard Ethernet cables with a router or Ethernet switch. The other way is connect it to your wifi.

    Is there no way for you to connect the console directly to the modem/router, either over WiFi or with an ethernet cable?

    Connecting via ethernet fixes this issue, not sure why it's not working over WiFi. It worked fine for the last week.

    Are you connected via WiFi or over ethernet?

    Either way as a first step, i would reccomend rebooting your router.
