    HBOgo is not working.


    My HBOgo hasn't worked for over a week. It keeps giving me a message of "the video is not loading properly." I spoke with a 'chat rep' and no solutions worked.

    HBOGO is not usable.

    For two nights now, HBOGO has been completely unusable on my XBOX 360 console. It takes a couple of retries to authenticate, and then it is impossible to stream a selection.

    HBOGO CONSTANTLY BUFFERING/APP NOT WORKING

    Whats the problem with this app? It's now doing the same thing that the Netflix app used to do on the 360. I've got an Xbox One, wired connection, good download speed at 173 Mbps, 0% packet loss, 16ms latency. I already uninstalled the app, power cycled
    modem, router etc, rebooted Xbox, reinstalled the app and it's gone right back to constant buffering! It's making shows UNWATCHABLE! Can someone over at Microsoft get off their butt and get coordinated with the HBO people because THIS APP ISN'T WORKING and
    that makes for a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

    Hi Northbrakota I had this problem as well you will need to uninstall the app from time to time the app doesn't connect and gives me a black loading screen where it says it cannot load if that what you see then you need to reinstall the app...

    If you are working on xbox 360- Go to settings, storage, select the drive its on, games and apps, and delete the item one other thing i would like to do is clear your system cache this you do inside your storage click on your hard drive or memory unit and
    press Y and select clear system cache once that is done find and reload the app and reconnect and see if that helps..

    If you are going on the xbox one Powercycle your network by holding the power button for 10 seconds once the 10 seconds has pass unplug the unit from the wall for about a min and then reload the app you can try to uninstall the app from there and reinstall

    I have been wondering why my HBO Go app suddenly quit working. It was working on my cell phone. So, I wasn't sure why it wouldn't connect through my Xbox 360. Thank you xsupadupaflyx. Although this solution is a hassle, it works! At least you don't have
    to reconnect your HBO Go account to your Xbox 360. My app now works thanks to your suggestion! Thanks again!

    HBOGO does not work

    I did. I deleted the app a couple times and tried to find a way to delete the license too because every time I reinstall it the login info, etc are still remembered. I don't think uninstalling the app will work unless Xbox lets me delete everything associated
    with the app.

    What do you use your Xbox 360 nowadays for?

    Pretty much just games. Sometimes I'll use netflix/hbogo.

    But anime/film DVDs and for the most part netflix/hbogo I use

    on PS3.
