HBOGO does not work

    HBOGO does not work


    For a week i've gotten "Service Code: H-732b6aec-8429-400b-f858-96371d746ea7" (I actually hate HBO for making me type that out) and I cannot find a fix. Part of HBO's advice online is to delete the license but Xbox won't let me do that. What the hell can
    I do?

    xbox one media remote not working

    the xbox one media remote does not work in the netflix or youtube app. it does work in my home screen and the hbogo app. anyone else have this issue? solutions? thanks

    HBOGO does not work

    Hi,

    I cannot find anything on that code either. Have you tried something as simple as deleting the app and redownloading it?

    I did. I deleted the app a couple times and tried to find a way to delete the license too because every time I reinstall it the login info, etc are still remembered. I don't think uninstalling the app will work unless Xbox lets me delete everything associated
    with the app.

    I have been wondering why my HBO Go app suddenly quit working. It was working on my cell phone. So, I wasn't sure why it wouldn't connect through my Xbox 360. Thank you xsupadupaflyx. Although this solution is a hassle, it works! At least you don't have
    to reconnect your HBO Go account to your Xbox 360. My app now works thanks to your suggestion! Thanks again!

    HBOgo is not working.

    Hi Northbrakota I had this problem as well you will need to uninstall the app from time to time the app doesn't connect and gives me a black loading screen where it says it cannot load if that what you see then you need to reinstall the app...

    If you are working on xbox 360- Go to settings, storage, select the drive its on, games and apps, and delete the item one other thing i would like to do is clear your system cache this you do inside your storage click on your hard drive or memory unit and
    press Y and select clear system cache once that is done find and reload the app and reconnect and see if that helps..

    If you are going on the xbox one Powercycle your network by holding the power button for 10 seconds once the 10 seconds has pass unplug the unit from the wall for about a min and then reload the app you can try to uninstall the app from there and reinstall

    HBO to Go and Xfinity APP.

    If you get your HBO subscription through Xfinity, it doesn't matter HBOGO will not work for you. I just got a Roku today and tested it out. Verizon your good, DirectTV your good, a number of cable providers I've never heard of, your good, but if you have
    Xfinity you are screwed. Does anyone else think it's a coincidence that Comcast doesn't support HBOGO and they have been dragging their feet with the Xfinity app?
