HBO NOW not working on xbox 1s

Discus and support HBO NOW not working on xbox 1s in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have an account with HBO NOW. I downloaded the app of Xbox 1s but it refuses to recognize my account.     HBO NOW not working on xbox 1s


    I have an account with HBO NOW. I downloaded the app of Xbox 1s but it refuses to recognize my account. The account was created at HBO not on Xbox. It keeps telling me it cannot find the account and I can log in to it on my laptop, so I KNOW it is active
    and I KNOW I am using the correct password...

    HBO Now not working on Xbox One

    So yesterday I noticed that my HBO Now app wasn't opening so I tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it only it won't reinstall. When I try installing it in the store I just get a message saying "working" and when I go into my games and apps it shows
    it in the "ready to install slot alongside a few games I have not yet installed on my xbox one. I can't figure out how to get it reinstalled. Anyone experiencing this or having similar problems have advice? Thanks

    HBO NOW/GO

    HBO GO is for cable subscribers which has an Xbox app. This is why the options are all for cable providers and does not include Apple. HBO NOW is the direct HBO subscription through iTunes/Apple which does NOT (currently) have an Xbox app. I'm in the exact
    same boat. There is a kind of lame workaround though (link below) but requires an additional subscription app to work.

    Netflix dims after time

    This isn't just Netflix. It's happened to me with HBO NOW. It's the same "dimmer" that is used when you pause a game too long. Seems that the xbox is aware that you're watching videos some times. Netflix is working fine for me, but periodically HBO
    NOW has the issue.

    Same here. Xbox one dims while watching game of thrones on HBO Now. This started happening right after the HBO Now received an update. Please HELP.
