Hbo Now Entitlement error

Discus and support Hbo Now Entitlement error in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was able to play one show on HBO now, when i tried to watch the second show, i get an entitlement error.     Hbo Now Entitlement error


    I was able to play one show on HBO now, when i tried to watch the second show, i get an entitlement error.

    I've cleared system cache, re-installed app, signed out/in. Still have the same error.

    Sorry, you're not entitled to watch this video.

    Contacted hbo support, and they couldn't figure it out.

    Any ideas/suggestions would be helpful.

    Problem with the Update on Xbox One

    Same error. It won't let me watch HBO NOW, now.

    I’m having the same problem. HBO Go and Now. I’ve been talking to people at HBO and I’m guessing it’s not on their end but please keep us posted.

    Has anyone talked to anyone at XBOX?

    Hey, HydraulicAsp21! If you are able to download the app and launch it, we are outside of the troubleshooting that we can do on our end. Sounds like it's an issue either on your provider's side or HBO's side. We've seen issues where the content settings
    on someone's provider account was causing issues with viewing items on HBO Go, and it might be similar with HBO Now. If that doesn't work, I suggest contacting
    HBO again for further assistance. Thanks for understanding!

    It is the only streaming service we're having trouble with, and it's only on the Xbox One. We can successfully watch the HBO Now app on our phones and computer. I have a case open with HBO Now but their responses are becoming fewer and farther between, with
    no help so far. Only that they don't even know what the Service Code error is.

    I've opened a case with HBO - they've not been any help and at this point aren't even responding to my requests for an update. I also opened a case with Xbox and my confirmation email said "As per our conversation today, we will raised this issue to our
    games and apps specialist and once we have the result or the investigation is finished., we will email you once again." That was on April 3rd. We're going on about two months now of not being able to use this App.
