    HBO NOW App Issue


    Looking for some help here...I'm trying to get the HBO NOW app to work but it continues to stop at the authenticating screen and goes no farther. I've deleted, cleared cache and reinstalled at least 3 times now and still will not work.

    Headset cutting off while watching HBO (after update)

    Since the latest update for the HBO NOW app we have had our controllers (with headsets plugged in) cut off after about 10 minutes of use. This continues to happen the entire time watching.

    System/Xbox One X

    App/HBO Now

    Issue/controller cuts off after 10 minutes

    Same issue occurring while watching HBO Now, it is not happening with any other streaming app on my Xbox

    Hey all, sorry to hear about the issue with HBO Now not loading for you. Let's have you try to remove your Xbox Live profile and redownload it to see if that helps out with this issue.

    How to add or remove an Xbox profile on Xbox 360
    This did not help.

    Having this same issue too. So annoying. This was something I had an issue with before with other apps, but now it seems to only happen with HBO Now.

    HI GH Torque,

    I'm 100% sure that HBO Now has an issue with this, and it's on the app side. I use most of the other services you listed, and personally don't have any issues with dimming in them. If you're having issues I would suggest doing a hard reset. With the console
    on, hold the power button down for about 8 seconds until it turns off. After it's powered off, then turn it back on. See is this resolves the issues with the apps other than HBO Now. For HBO you're going to need to wait for an update on their end.,
