HBO GO not working :(

I am trying to use HBO GO on my 360 and continuously get the message "Request TImeout HBO Go server encountered a problem with the last request. Please try again later. For more information, go to xbox.com/status" This has been happening since yesterday
for me (5/27). I saw the older thread and tried the troubleshoots like change DNS settings, etc. and none of them work.

I can watch the free stuff (Game of Thrones) but when I try to activate my GO account it just stays on the page with the new code. I have changed my code and it works on my phone and computer. I tried a hard reset and still nothing other then a new code
to enter still same problem...

Sorry to hear about the trouble with HBO go. Since this popped up have you tried power cycling your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds? That can often clear up trouble like this. Let us know how it goes

I have tried everything from the xbox website suggestions to the redit DNS manual suggestions and am still getting the same error everyone was getting a few months back. Is there any update on this issue?
