HBO GO not working on Xbox 360

Was working fine for more than a year. Now I keep getting an error tried deleting and reinstalling. No luck works on phone and p3 don't understand why it's not working on Xbox 360. Tried signing out and back in and it said you parental setting are restricted.
I looked at the setting on both the Xbox 360 and the hbo go. And both set on unrestricted. Then sign in again and same error. WTF the new session of games of throne are going to be coming on soon what the.

Just thought I Iet you know, this past week, I was having the same issue as others were having on the forum, unable to open HBO GO on Xbox360. After several deletes, and downloads, and reloads of the app, and cycling the console, and my modem and WiFi,
had zero luck. Finally tried the suggested manual setting of DNS Primary and Secondary primary (under network settings) to 209.244.0.3 and the secondary to 209.244.0.3 (Level 3 dns servers), and it started right up. I am a Comcast Xfinity subscriber in a
Minneapolis, MN suburb. There was a message posted on this forum not to change the DNS settings, but after all the frustration and reading several forums postings, this really worked.

 

It's a DNS issue. I fixed it by manually the DNS servers on the Xbox 360. I used Level3's public DNS servers:

209.244.0.3

209.244.0.3

Maybe it is a DNS issue, but I have tried Level3's public DNS servers of the 209.244.0.3 for primary and secondary DNS, no dice. I then tried the OpenDNS settings listed as listed 208.67.222.222 and secondary as 208.67.220.220, no dice. So, I just remembered
that I changed my privacy settings a little while back so I changed them back to "Adult" from "Custom". Once again it didn't work while still on OpenDNS settings. Switched to level 3 DNS, didn't work. I just set it back to Automatic DNS, like it was when it
originally worked, and imagine still it doesn't work. I want to just unlink my information and be able to reenter it all in, so I'm hoping maybe I can find something like that in my settings? All I know is this is more like HBO NoGo. Good luck everyone.

 

I am also having issues with HBO Go on my XBox 360. It works fine for my XBox One. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and even got a new activation code. I keep getting the same message "The HBO GO server encountered a problem with the last request. Please
try again later. For more information, go to xbox.com/status."

Also have the same problem, hbo go works fine until yesterday. I have tried deactivated/reactivated, uninstall/install, change DNS, delete profile/reload profile, no luck so far. Any else I can do?
