    Hi,

    I am having trouble streaming on my xbox one. Neither netflix or hbo go work on my xbox one, but work completely fine on my 360 with the same logins and hdmi cables. I have tried power cycling, reinstalling the app, and have tried different hdmi cables.
    Nothing has worked.

    For netflix the video begins to play, but after about 5-10 seconds after the video starts, an error message pops up saying "Sorry we are unable to play this title at this time".

    For HBOGO the video also begins to load by showing 3 blue circles at the bottom of the screen but then an error message pops up saying "Video Error, We are unable to play this title at this time"

    Again both apps work perfectly on my xbox 360, but refuse to work on my xbox one.

    Any help would be great,

    XBox 360 NetFlix, wont load

    Netflix on my xbox 360 which is the sim model will not connect to netflix. IT goes to the netflix splash screen and the circles goes on until it says you may not be connected to the internet.

    Code error is nw-1-19, never seen this before and the last time i logged into netflix on my 360 was probalby a month or so ago.

    Netflix works fine on my cellphone, Pc, and xbox one, but does not work on my 360 as of now. hBO go doesnt connect either.

    Anybody have this issue? i've tried uninstalling and installing, restarting etc. nothing work.

    Anyhelp?

    HBO go will not. Stop. Buffering...

    HBO go is buffering every 3 to 5 seconds. I've tried installing and powering off the console. It's seriously annoying. And it's not my Internet, Netflix runs fine on my Xbox, and HBO go works fine on my tablet.

    Additional info: Netflix & HBO GO work fine. No network interference while streaming shows on my Xbox.

    The problem is no doubt the xbox one. Everything else in my household works just fine over wifi. Everything, I'm running a 50mbs connection here. I'm only experiencing stutter on the xbox one, streaming apps netflix,hbo go and others.

    Having Netflix issues and I think I know why, but I just can't seem to fix it.

    I have this same exact issue with Netflix on my Xbox One. Plays a show for a few seconds then stops with an error message "We're having trouble playing this title right now." I have done trouble shooting with both Netflix and Microsoft and they both say
    it's an issue with the other company. I have restored my Xbox back to factory settings, made changes in my router and I used a friends account to see if there was an issue with my account. I get this error no matter what I do. No one at Netflix or Microsoft
    seems to know how to fix this issue. Amazon Prime and HBO GO work great on my Xbox One and Netflix plays on every other device in my house. Has anyone found a fix for this issue?

    HBOgo is not working.

    I have been wondering why my HBO Go app suddenly quit working. It was working on my cell phone. So, I wasn't sure why it wouldn't connect through my Xbox 360. Thank you xsupadupaflyx. Although this solution is a hassle, it works! At least you don't have
    to reconnect your HBO Go account to your Xbox 360. My app now works thanks to your suggestion! Thanks again!
