Hazard Platoon starter pack that I bought on Microsoft store

you bought it on the microsoft store therefore you have to loadup the xbox version of fortnite for it to be added, as you play on pc then any purchases for fortnite has to be done in game via epic as it has nothing to do with microsoft on pc. request a refund if i was you.

That brings me to Minecraft, not what I redeemed. It came with a Minecraft disc, I did not buy it. It was the Starter Pack, which I can't find on the Microsoft Store (not to be confused with the Starter Collection)

This Starter Pack is not available in the Item Shop. You must go to the ‘Store’ tab to purchase. Starter Pack purchases go directly through Microsoft Store. The Starter Pack has a cost of $4.99 and must
be purchased with real currency, you can not use existing V-Bucks.

If I'm understanding the issue correctly: you bought the Fornite Starter Pack from the Microsoft Store but you're not playing it via the Microsoft version (i.e. the one on Xbox)?

Unfortunately I think the thing you bought will have stated it was for Xbox only so I'm afraid if a refund request has already been rejected on that basis there's not much else to be done.

Another thing, I can't seem to find the standlone game on the Microsoft Store, only the Starter and Master pack, and I wonder if Minecraft: Windows 10 being removed from the store and being replaced by the packs is causing this issue (as the purchase would be on a invalid item)
