Hawken MC

Drei Mal habe in den letzten 2 Wochen für das Spiel Hawkewn MC`s bei Microsoft gekauft. In meinem Konto erscheinen diese Käufe auch als abgeschlossen , aber lassen sich in der Xbox one weder downloaden noch installieren, weil sie dort nicht erscheinen. Daraufhin
habe ich die Xbox auf die Werkseinstellungen zurückgesetzt. Hat aber nichts gebracht - die Xbox zeigt keine Einkäufe, die ich installieren könnte.

Alle in der Xbox Hilfe genannten Möglichkeiten haben das Problem nicht gelöst, auch nicht ein einstündiger Chat mit dem Microsoft Kundendienst. Kann mir irgendjemand sagen woran das liegen könnte?

I would love the Xbox back compatible team to please make BLACK HAWK DOWN back compatible on xboxone was a great game but a lot of games they are doing aren't that good please please please pass on to them I hope they read this . Michael Mc Cotter

I dont think that this is the reason of the problem. The game could be played without any problems. The download any bought MC for hawken is not possible.

Thank you for the quick answer.

I always log in with my Microsoft account. This MS account also shows all my purchases.
Only my Xbox does not indicate that downloads are available for installation.
