Havoc DLC

I Bought the havoc dlc for Call of duty advanced warfare, and the dlc included The AE4. but when i go to equip it, it says its locked and i have to buy the dlc, when i go to buy it it says i already own the dlc. though zombies and the other maps work an
i can play on them

I bought cod aw digital pro edition , won't let me use any of the doc they are all downloaded when I go into store in game it says how much it is when I click it to purchase again is says you have it already in your games and apps but I still don't have
access to it can anyone help , I purchased it 5 days

 

This happens to me, What i do is, make sure you are logged into the dashboard on the account that bought the DLC, i dont know if your using more than 1 account. I have 2 accounts on my xbox one, both used ONLY at my house, when i use account (B.) which has
not purchased the DLC, i cannot use it, but when im on this account (A.) i can use it, only when im on the dashboard with this account.

 

Is it possible to move it to the account I use?

 

I paid for products you haven't delivered. Why can't you get the Havoc DLC to download properly.?

 

It seems obvious the they didn't test the Havoc download before they dropped it on us like a bucket of ice col water!!!

 

It's probably pointless replying ... but I have exactly the same problem. I purchased the DLC for my sone who does not have a card or way of paying. He can use it all apart from the AE4.

 

i can use only ae4 no maps or anything like zombies can someone help

I DLC the havoc pack Played Zombies twice and now it keeps telling me to dwnload again as I am signed out or all of the maps we're not installed I have deleted and dwnloaded 3 times but same ***.

The same thing happened to me to. But when I try to download it again it still say that have to buy it. Making me mad

 

My DLC wasn't working properly. Untill one day it did. I was confused by it all but, oh well.

 

Id like to get my money back if im going to buy a dlc without the content they tell me ill get.
