as anyone actually been able to download this content on Xbox one because I've been trying all day and up to now without any success?

My DLC wasn't working properly. Untill one day it did. I was confused by it all but, oh well.

 

Are you a season pass holder?

If so then it appears that for a lot of people the season pass doesn't work and it tries to make you pay for the Havoc DLC.

 

SAME ISSUE HERW OP. IT IS ATTEMPTING TO CHARGE ME WHEN I OWN THE SEASON PASS ALREADY. ON MY 360 IT IS JUST FINE. I BELIEVE THIS ISSUE IS OCCURING WITH SEASON PASS TRANSFERS TO THE XBOX ONE!

 

I have $15.31 on the xbox one when I went to buy the dlc it told me the remainder of your purchase needs to go on a credit card any answers?

 

This is a joke. I shelled out the money for the digital download season pass and was never able to consistently have access to the Widowmaker rifle and now I cannot get access to the DLC that I paid for. How long has Msoft had to figure out this problem?
Ever since they released the rifles and found DLC pass owners could not get the weapon.

We should get refund.

They mention clearing the cache as a possible fix but I've tried it and as I expected it doesn't work

 

They told me the same nonsense when I couldn't get the widowmaker months ago.. Lame.

Just go to xbox store. Instead of a price it should now just say Install

 

now mine says disc unreadable?

 

I'm having problems too. Have the season pass installed and doesn't accept it. Continues to prompt needing to purchase the season pass. Major problems.

 

I got mine to download by looking in creat a class and trying to buy the new AE4. I t then asked to install the Havoc dlc and it seems to be loading now

 

uninstall the season pass and then reinstall it, next go to the multiplayer screen in cod and look for the store, download the havoc map pack even though it says it cost $14.99 and you will not be charged . it will install in 10 min or so then you are good
to go! hope that helped

 

if you are having trouble downloading the compatabillity pack that it tells you to download, delete your profile of your xbox and then re-download it. it worked for me so try it
