Havoc DCL not activating after install

Got the Xbox One CoD: Advanced Warfare Edition console pack which includes AW with some exo armor and stuff. Bought and downloaded Havoc yesterday, installed it. Shows in downloaded items but isn't activated in the game itself - no maps, no AE4, no nothing.
Tried reinstalling several times, also cleared cache etc. I'm not a season pass holder. I wonder if it's possible to get a refund since I paid 15 euros and having to put up with stuff like this isn't what I expect from console gaming.

you need to install the "Havoc" dlc.....it will show a price but shouldn't charge you for it....heres a link from activision.....

I wouldn't uninstall it first like it says , go straight to the Havoc part and see if you can just install that first....

 

[Update] Borderlands 2 dlc

I reinstalled it and it has not installed the dlc the dcl install disc dosnt work the case code is
[MOD REMOVED] if you need it there is noth in the ready to install section I don't know what to do please help

 

I also downloaded havoc. everything worked the first night but then the next morning the AE4 was uninstalled and now says must be purchased

Same here. I have HVOC an can't used the AE4. I uninstall an re-install I get the AE4 but once the system is turned off and turned it back on to play AE4 are locked back up again.

 

I see other people are having the same problem with the AE4. Too bad we can't get a rep to respond to this forum on how to fix it. I don't like paying extra money for stuff and not be able to use it.
