Havoc costs £11.49 even though I have season pass.

I have the season pass installed.

And for some reason neither the ingame store or the xbox store recognises I have it installed and both are trying to charge me £11.49 for the Havoc DLC.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Havoc DLC

uninstall the season pass and then reinstall it, next go to the multiplayer screen in cod and look for the store, download the havoc map pack even though it says it cost $14.99 and you will not be charged . it will install in 10 min or so then you are good
to go! hope that helped

 

Season Pass DLC wouldnt Transfer to Xbox one from 360

@Malacat The season pass was suppose to give us access to the map packs on the Xbox One as well after transferring from the Xbox 360 but none of our content has transferred over. I am unable to download Atlas Gorge or the Map Pack Havoc even though I bought
the season pass.

 

Yea i paid for it cause thought it was playing up but still charged me and noone has replied to me about this..

 

If you have paid for the DLC and you have the season pass you should contact support for a refund

 

I have the same issue but, I made a video regarding this issue.I really want to press this issues because I am sure I am not the only having this issue. Please share this video around to Sledgehammer Games and Xbox live can be informed. And, I wanted to
raise this issues because this has happened over the duration of this month and last month.

 

Same issue but in the US trying to charge me $14.99 even though I have the Season Pass

 

So If I bought the game how do I get the dlc pack havoc?

 

On my 360 I have the season pass and everything went through just fine around 6 am. Now I just went on my XONE and WTF! I have the season pass on there as well and it feels me to look in my games in apps for the season pass which is there, BUT IT IS CHARGING
ME $14.99! THIS IS BS! Guess I'll jump on the 360 until this NEW ISSUE gets resolved. QUICKLY!

 

From what I've seen it looks like it's the people who bought the season pass on 360 and transferred it to the one who are having problems.

I have a bad feeling the same thing will happen when the second map pack is released

 

They'll certainly fix it for us soon not to think it will happen again

 

I have digital download and have same problem. Didn't transfer from360 to One. Couldn't get access to widowmaker rifle from day 1. Ridiculous this is still an issue.

 

Same problem here. Bought the Season Pass on X360, transfered to XOne, not working. Tried clearing cache, reset and other pointless exercises. Cannot access Exo Zombies neither.

 

It's working now. Was able to install it from the xbox store for free.
