Havnt received return ship email

I have a faulty xbox and was told I need to return it to Microsoft for a replacement under my warranty. I spoke to someone over the phone and was told to wait for an email that will have a sticker I need to send my old xbox away but I havnt recieved the email yet. It's been about 5 hours since I spoke to them?

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

"Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

Are you returning a purchase? if so, then yes. All you need to do is to include everything you received in its original packaging and attach the return label to the shipping box. Make sure there are no other labels on the shipping box.

Why is this so difficult? Same exact thing. A Web page that returns literally, "[ ]", when one clicks the button "Get Shipping Label".

Are you saying an email comes with the shipping label? I got an email about the return process, and logged in one sees what the OP shows when clicking "Get Shipping Label" ... taken to a page of "[ ]"

Yeah I agree, I havnt received any update after the initial email yesterday morning. My gamepass expired yesterday and I havnt checked it yet today but my points are still the same. They havnt taken out the 10,500 pts so I assume it's not working it warned me yesterday I was about to lapse. So frustrating 😫
