    havnt received EA access code after pre ordering game


    i pre ordered EA SPORTS™ FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order on the 18th of september and have not received a code for EA access i have checked my messages online and on the Xbox and there is nothing there. I have spoke to a
    microsoft help live chat person and they have advised me to post this i hope you can help in anyway.

    Since you pre-ordered on the 18th, you may need to wait a little bit extra for the codes to come through since it will take 7-10 days after pre-ordering to deliver. If you don't receive a code after waiting 10 days, please post a new thread letting us know.

    Hey there, True! When did you pre-order your FIFA 16 game? It will take 7-10 days for your account to receive the Xbox Live message with the EA Access code after the pre-order. If it's been 11 days or longer, let us know so that we can look into this further!
