having xbox one problems

i was account baned for cheating on the 360 till feb 11th. after the suspension was over, i was able to play online games on the xbox one and join parties, but 1-2 days after the suspension was already over, it wont let me play online games, and when i join
party, it says privacy settings are blocking the chat, even though everything is unrestricted. this happens on every account on the xbox one, even if i create a new one. it lets me sign in and connect to live, but wont let me play online.

Having Problems with Xbox One.

Hi, I am an official streamer for neverwinter. I missed my day to stream yesterday. Im confused on where to post this but I am currently trying to change my appearing offline to online. It wont let me though. I did contact Xbox support and unfortunately
it was not resolved due to the fact. I am a preview member, I am trying to reach out to them to better understand and fix the problem.

Hey there atmguy357.

Since this issue first started on your Xbox One, have you tried power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds? That will often clear up trouble like this.
