Having Xbox live sign in issues on Xbox app On PC

• Make sure you’re signed in only on this machine. If you have signed in to any other PC’s with the same account lately, ensure you’ve signed out everywhere else.
• Launch the Xbox App prior to launching the game, and ensure that your profile signs into Xbox Live without issue.

log into their account on pc, open the xbox app, sign them out of the xbox app and sign in with your account, download a game, if already installed on the other account it will be instant, sign out of the xbox app and back in with their account, play the game, have done this myself for my kids and my alt account on the same pc without issue (so far).

The issue is i cant sign in Xbox app on PC

So this happens with every game? I had this issue around a year ago. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!

But I recommend creating a backup just in case.
