    In the last few days I've seen a lot of people that having xbox live connection issues. The common issue was that they have xbox live membership and they can see there friends online, but, they can't connect to xbox live. That is a big problem with small
    answers. I found some methods that you can try to do it and it should solve the problem that you have.

    The first step that you should do and it may solve you problem, Sign out from your microsoft account on your xbox and than sign in. It should work.

    If it didn't work for you, there is another way that you can try. Hold the console's power button for 10 seconds, And than, Power on the xbox.

    It should fix it too.

    If your xbox live still not working, it is not the end of the world. Try to do this:

    1. Double tap home button -> Settings -> All settings -> Network -> Network settings.

    2. You will see if the right a button that called "Test multiplayer connection". Press on it and wait until you will see continue button.

    3. Don't press the button! Hold LB+LT+RB+RT and you will see a window. Press B, hold the triggers again and than press B, A.

    4. Success! Everything should work fine right now!

    If you still having connection problem try this: Go to your dashboard and hold LT+LB+RT+RB+Y and it will reload your xbox. It should fix it too.

    Hey chris -

    Have you double checked that your Xbox One privacy settings allow you to join Clubs? Open up Settings, navigate over to "Privacy and Online Settings" (in the Account tab), and under Xbox Live privacy, check that you don't have "Blocked" for "Can join Clubs."

    I am currently logged into the division and playing without issue. I also checked the live services and everything is up and online. Are you still having the problem?

    Having an issue to connect to xbox live? You should check this.

    You could also try clearing the alternate MAC address by going into settings, network advanced, and clear alternate MAC address. You console will restart and your NAT should be open. Clearing the MAC address refreshes the ip.
