Having Xbox issues with my account.

I have been having problems receiving notifications such as Game invites or party invites. Everytime im playing a game on my console it causes me to go offline, while i am playing a game. When i am clearly online, but my console is telling my friends and
me that i have been offline for 20 mins playing this game. It really confuses me cause it happens on and off everyday. Everytime it says im offline for this time- it causes game invites or party invites not to pop up for me. I am really concern on how to fix
this but i have been informed by xbox support that it is due to me signing up for a preview customer? and i do not remember signing up for that. If so i would like to get off of that if thats the case. So i can see my game invites when i need too. Thanks

Having issues with connecting my Gamertag to my account.

That happened to me when I went to transfer one of my accounts to a different email address so i can transfer my main account to that email address. Instead, it made a new account without me doing anything and named it a random name. Have you at least tried
to transfer juiceboxsamurai to the email address you want it to be linked to?

Having issues with connecting my Gamertag to my account.

No. I know what email it's attached to, but I don't use that email anymore. That's why I was trying to change it to this account in the first place. I see now that the process requires me to set up a new Microsoft account, transfer Foster to that new
account, then transfer Juicebox to this account, which is all ridiculously tedious and not very user friendly. So now the issue I'm having is that I set up the new account, but for some reason it won't let me transfer Foster to that account. I get an error
saying "Sorry, we can't change your Microsoft account right now. For more info, go to Xbox.com/AccountSwap." I go there, and it leads me to the same useless information I had already. I realize verbal communication is considered barbaric in this digital
age, but isn't there someone I can actually speak to on the phone to fix this for me? I pay you guys a lot of money, and this loop of misinformation is really starting to *** me off.

If you see the Xbox Insiders forum link on the top of your forum page then you signed up.

Maybe the problem is with your router. What result is listed under NAT when you test your connection on the console?

It should be OPEN.

This can't be true, as I'm seeing that link at the top of my page but I never signed up. And what happens if I click on it? Will I suddenly experience all manner of preview problems? #AmSoNotTouchingThatLink

I tried removing my profile and resetting it like you said. The bio has now fixed! I'm hoping it will stay that way.

My xbox live tenure is still not functioning. Could you please look into it. The tenure does not display itself anymore on my profile (on xbox one).

The messages have now been deleted that were glitched.

There have been reports of this as of late, however, there have also been reports that it just comes back with no additional input from the user.

This is likely due to the engineers catching wind and rolling out patches and fixes in waves.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with certain information not displaying correctly under your account.

From what you mentioned, it appears to be a connection discrepancy. However, you mentioned that you have saved this as a Word doc, so that would imply that you are making changes on this via a different platform such as a mobile device
or PC.

When you see these changes, do you see a disparity across all the platforms [Xbox platform, Xbox Companion App, and Windows 10 Platform]?

Have you tried to
remove your account and re-add it onto your console? Do the changes reflect correctly when this is done?

Can you verify this info for us, so that we may provide additional troubleshooting techniques to address this further.
