I've got a Xbox live account already set up in my name for my son on his Xbox One s as he's 12 years old and likes playing Minecraft and Plants Vs Zombies online with his mates, I want to get a Xbox One X for myself with another account for myself, can I
have two accounts in my name using the same debit card and same email address or will it say I've already got an account set up and won't let me use the same details.

I have two different account on my Xbox one for me and one for my son. If I got ea access on one of the accounts could the other account play those games.

It's an extremely rare thing to have two accounts with the same email address. I could win the lottery and get photos of unicorns more often than I see that actually happen. It could be one account has the same email but with a typo in it, or maybe just
an old email you didn't know was on there, an alternate perhaps. Regardless, even if it is the same email, the best thing you could do in this case is call up Xbox Customer Support. They can dig deep and figure out what's going on, and set you on the road
to resolving the whole thing.

When was the last time you had access to your original account? Did you receive an email that your account was completely closed or deleted?

I do have two accounts on the same Microsoft account. After being prompted to create a new Xbox account, I couldn’t log into the old one. Both accounts are still there, but I just can get into one. I think my Microsoft account reset or something, because my order history is also empty.
