Having Troubles with my Xbox One Controller while playing on PC

Hello, a month ago I bought an xbox one controller Legendary Collection to play on my pc. Everything was ok until a week ago when for no reason (at least I dont know it) the Left Stick starts to give me problems while playing.. For example, in Assasins Creed
III: My Character Cant run, just walk.. I tried to change the button configuration but it doesnt work... But, when I disconect the controller and play the game with the keyboard and mouse it works perfectly.. This happens to me in almost every single game..
I dont know what is happening, today I tried to play Nier: Automata and I got the same problem.. The character just walk, it cant run... I already search in google but I cant find a solution to my problem.. I need help with that please because Im getting really
mad with it.. Thanks..

hi sorry to disturb you

i'm trying to connect my xbox one controller to my pc with the usb cable but it doesn't work.. the curious thing is, if i connect the controller to my pc (or i try to do it) while my xbox one is on, i gain control of the xbox one.. i can even play from the
xbox with my controller while it's connected to the pc.

what do i need to do to connect my controller to the pc and play pc games?

Okay thank you very much, I have one small question when it comes to streaming. If i were to stream an Xbox 360 game from an Xbox One to my Windows PC, would I be able to control that streamed game with my mouse and keyboard as opposed to a controller
while on my Windows PC playing the streamed game?

No, only controller. You can't use mouse and keyboard in this fashion for any games over xbox one streaming.
