please someone I need help big time it keeps charging my card for a Xbox live gold subscription, then telling me the payment is not authorized

Having Trouble renewing my subscription

So I was going to take off the auto renewal on my monthly gold subscription at 9.99 per month and I got a promotional offer on screen that said 3.99 per month for 12 months and had a "Sign me up" yellow button. I pressed it and it then took me to a screen
that said "Promotion not available". Can you help me get the promotional offer that was offered to me online.

I have screenshots but cannot post here on my work computer. It blocks image sites like tinypic.com, etc.

In that case, you might want to try to recreate the scenario that caused it.

If it does not appear again, it could just be that the promotion was a time-limited one and that it expired between the time you saw it and when you got to the next page.

These are similar to the Dashboard deals I was talking about in that you have to be able to complete them at the time they appear, and cannot be offered outside of that. In this instance you were seeing it because you were attempting to cancel your auto-renewal.

right. I saved the screeshots and the web address of the offer. I am just waiting for an Admin to come and help me out. I already went on XBOX Live chat help, on a computer, online, and they said to come here because Admins here have the ability to offer
promotional rates on live subscriptions.

I may have posted in the wrong section, but I encountered this offer on a computer while at xboclive.com. Not on the xbox360 dashboard

These promotional offers you see on the Dashboard are only available that way.

They appear randomly, but based on certain characteristics (eg Gold/Silver status, expiration date of current subscription), and the only way for you to get this offer again is if you see it again on the Dashboard.

There are numerous other ways to get discounted subscriptions (prepaid cards for example) but Dashboard promotions are only available through the Dashboard.
