Having troubles with gamesharing

Alright, so I got my Xbox One last year, around July. Upon getting it, I game shared with my brother, who set it up to his console since I was confused on doing it myself. So we already have it set up, and running. Neither of us have many games, just Minecraft,
Terraria, and Black Ops 3. I met a friend not too long afterwards, and he always liked to play Destiny, and other games that I didn't have. He decided around October that he would gameshare with me, since he is normally carefull with who he gameshares with.
Upon attempting to gameshare, whenever I try to go on his profile and select my home xbox, it says he can only switch 3 times per year. He only recalls game sharring one other time before that, but we tried everything we could think of, and we still can't
get it to work. He told me that you only need to gameshare one way to get one person the games, but I can't bypass the screen. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if I just need to wait until I can try again, but I really wanna acctually play with
him.

In other terms, consider my xbox A, my brother's xbox B, and my friend who I wanna gameshare with, C. A and B are already game sharing. B still has A's home xbox, despite A selecting his home xbox on A's console. A can't get C to appear as his home console.

GAMESHARING

I'm having trouble gamesharing with my friend and then when I get it right I can't play my own games, I try and fix now neither me or my friend can play these gameshared games!!!!!!
