Having troubles with fifa 21

So on my xbox it says that my fifa 21 is installed and that no updates are present, but as soon as i load it up it guves me the screen that says it is currently at 0% Installation, ive restarted my xbox numerous times and have even re installed the game
but nothing seems to allow me to play the game.

Estou com o mesmo problema. O pior é que tento entrar em contato com o suporte e infelizmente não tem opção de atendimento para esse problema e ainda não consigo falar com alguém do suporte..

Alguém ja conseguiu resolver este problema??

The new Xbox consoles are having troubles, handling the new COD and Assassins' Creed. They will be fixing this abruptly.

What about other crashing like fifa 21 and fortnite thanks

I installed FIFA 21 and same thing happened. Xbox shut down at FIFA 21’s loading screen.

Thanks for your reply. I checked, and I have indeed purchased fifa points for fifa 20 instead of 21. Now I feel stupid! I don't suppose you or anyone else knows of a way to transfer these to fifa 21?. If not, I'll just put it down to experience. Thanks.

I would try to report it to EA directly since Microsoft won't be able to do much about it.
