Having troubles playing certain games on Xbox.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble playing certain games on your Xbox.

Check that your Xbox is up to date with the latest system updates. To do this, go to "Settings", then "System", and then select "Updates".

Make sure that you have a stable internet connection and try restarting your Xbox.

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the games that are causing issues.

If the issue persists, try clearing the system cache on your Xbox. To do this, follow these steps:

Press and hold the power button on your Xbox until it turns off.

Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

Wait at least 10 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into your Xbox and turn it on.

If none of these solutions work, it is possible that there is a problem with the games themselves or with the way they are installed on your Xbox.

I literally just did everything as outlined in his instructions after trying just about every other solution and it was the only thing that worked for me.

I would tell you to keep trying but don’t keep banging your head against the wall if nothing else is working. I was just gonna wait out an update or something until all of these wrinkles got ironed out; guess I just got lucky and found a solution that worked. Hang in there my guy.

Would you please share a screenshot of the Runtime package you are receiving? If that's the error I'm thinking about, other users started to have it today and there is no known fix so far.

Thank you for your response. Here it is, it's in the bottom right corner. It's the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop runtime that always pops up every time I try to download any of the titles you can see along with Escape Academy. A lot of the other games that have been on the service a while now download just fine, it's just those newer ones that were just added that refuse to start downloading whatsoever. At least I'm not the only one experiencing these issues.
