    Having trouble with update.


    im currently having trouble updating my console. It is an xbox one s and it wont update. When i start my xbox it tells me the usual. That there is an update but every time i download the update it gets to the the verification process has an error and i have
    to restart. It doesnt even remember that ive downloaded it before. I looked for help and was told to try doing an offline update. The file that im supposed to download is called OSU1.zip but just like the xbox update i am unable to download it. It gets halfway
    pauses and when i un pause it it makes me restart the download. What am i supposed to do? I have yet to try download the OSU file on my computer but I will have to wait to try that.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the install. It sounds likely that you're having some network trouble. Are you still having trouble downloading the update? If so, please share your detailed network statistics, thank you Having trouble with update. :)

    having troubles after update

    It seems that the problem is currently community-wide. The only workaround I can suggest until they fix Live is to play games offline for the time being.

    Having Trouble Downloading The Update

    Im having the same problem. Seems there was a major problem for alot of people with that latest update.

    i can attempt to download it, but then it hangs with an error message after a few minutes

    a lot of people have had the same issues, there is no eta on when this will be fixed but you can play your games offline without any issues, but if like me you play all games online.

    We're sorry to hear about the recent experience you had with our support team. We understand that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox One after the recent update. Let’s us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

    We would like to ask for few details:

    1. Can we ask for the case number you had with our support team? Please send it via private message - click here.
    2. What is the current OS version of your Xbox One?
    3. Are you part of Xbox Insider?
    4. Is this happening to new and old Xbox One disks? Were you able to test Efootball 2024 before the update?
    5. Can you try this Efootball 2024 and your Xbox One disks to another Xbox One consoles?

    For the meantime, you may try power cycle of Xbox Console as this was not mentioned on your description:

    • Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    • Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    • Plug the console power cable back in.
    • Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
