Having trouble with the Ambassador website

I seem to be having difficulty with getting set up on the Ambassador website, and my other posts regarding this have been being ignored. When I initially went to sign up to become an ambassador after adding a 12-month card to my Xbox Live Gold membership,
the website stated that I had not renewed my Gold membership yet, but allowed me to access quizzes via the Academy. After a few days, when I clicked to apply for Ambassador, it stated that I had signed up for the program, but then locked me out of the Ambassador
resources, stating that I was not an Ambassador. For the next week, the site threw errors at me stating there was a problem checking my account, and to wait 24 hours. That error message is not there any longer, but the website still claims that I am both signed
up as an Ambassador, and at the same time that I am not an Ambassador. I have been working on this process for the past three weeks, and I have not received much help regarding this. I would appreciate some communication regarding this issue. Thanks!

Can't Apply to Ambassador's Program...

Ambassador website seems to be having some trouble, multiple people have posted about issues with it recently. I would recommend trying again in 24-48 hours.

Your best bet would be to contact one of the official support people via PM. They will get it worked out for you.
