It says I have it but I never got the minecoins and I sent text to Xbox support but this is really getting to be a pain and I rlly want my minecoins. Is there another way I can redeem my minecoins, for example email?

Do you know if something new appeared in your Minecraft account? (Like a new world from the marketplace, an skin, etc)

If not, you may need to reach Minecraft support to see what happened to your coins

Nothing got added, my coins came back but then when I quit and came on my game they went again, they came back when I bought mine coins, but like I said, they disappeared again.
