    Really frustrated with the Xbox One

    Sorry to hear about the trouble with games and apps. To check, which steps have you tried to help clear this up? If you haven't already be sure to give a full power cycle a try by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds (until your Xbox One powers
    off). If you're still having trouble, please try uninstalling and reinstalling some of the games/apps you're having trouble with.

    2D Blu-rays will nolonger play on my XBOX ONE; Code 0x91d70000, but others work including 3D Blu's

    Super odd that you're only having troubles with 2D Blu-ray movies. It sounds like you've given quite a few steps a try, have you given a

    Factory Reset
    a try? You can start out with the option to keep Games & Apps, but if you're still having troubles after you'll want to try removing Games & Apps

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm going to recommend a few troubleshooting steps. If you have already tried these out, please reply here with a list of all troubleshooting you have already performed.

    Try
    performing a power cycle
    on your Xbox one. Also, Test out your network settings to make sure everything is running smoothly (No error codes).

    Are you in the Xbox insiders program?

    If so, that could be a reason, there could be a problem with your dashboard update since they're in test phases.

    First, turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds to clear cache as that may fix this.

    Next, I would do a factory reset keeping games and apps (requires account redownload) like this:

    Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

    Hi there,

    The Insider Program is where you enroll your Xbox to test preview updates before they go live. Since the factory reset did not work, I suggest uninstalling and then re-installing the apps that are not working.

    If that doesn't help and the hard reset and power cycle did not help, then you may need to keep trying a factory reset until the apps begin to work.

    You can report problems through the Xbox Insider Hub App since this seems to have happened after your Xbox updated.
