Having trouble with a glitched achievement. Was told to make this thread.

I posted this in the "Achievement Issue" thread and was told by MS support to create a new thread so here it is.

Game: Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare

Platform: Xbox 360

Name of achievement: 'No Nacho Taco for You!'

Unlocked: October 1, 2014

Troubleshooting steps: I've tried everything. I even contacted EA support and nothing.

The weird part is that the achievement shows unlocked and locked on the console in different menus. Let me explain. In the initial achievement menu you can scroll through the games. Here it shows 63 of 65 acheievements. When I select PvZ: GW and go into
the menu where you can view the individual achievements for the game, on the bottom it shows 64 of 65. It also shows the achievement picture unlocked.

On xbox.com, however, it shows 63 of 65. As my Gamerscore is the same on both console and on xbox.com I'm assuming that both the achievement and the points didn't register somehow or the gamerscores' would be different. I have met the requirement for the
achievement multiple times again and nothing, as I guess my profile thinks it has already unlocked.

I originally posted this information on another thread created by a person having the same problem and was told to make a new thread, but now I seem to be having trouble getting a response to this one. Do I need to post under some other category? Support
seemed like the correct place.

Sorry t hear you're having trouble. Please make sure not to bump older threads, as this thread was created in July. Make sure your Xbox One is plugged directly into a wall outlet rather an a power strip. If you're still having trouble with this, please create

I've read about a similar problem of a user in a different thread, the problem was that the xbox (support?) in the country that the user lived in hasn't yet updated the game list with the game that the user has played, so it was showing no achievements for
the before mentioned game. It's different for you as i understand other achievements from the same game are shown?

 

Appreciate the reply. Yes, all the other achievements unlocked fine. I looked back and I unlocked 2 the next day, so idk what happened.
