Having trouble with a download code.

i have a code to download Minecraft on my Xbox one. When I enter the code it comes up and shows that it is Minecraft so it recognizes the code but when I hit confirm it doesn't start downloading. When i go back to redeem a code and enter the code it just
shows Minecraft again it doesn't say anything about the code has already been used. So it recognizes that its Minecraft but doesn't completely go through. I have tried this on my computer, my phone and my Xbox one and have the same problem on all three. Any
suggestions?

Ori and the blind forest download will not work

Having trouble also but not with an error. It says the free code worked but it wants 4.99 plus tax to download. Thought it was a FREE FULL DOWNLOAD!?

xbox one:COD AW download code INVALID

Overall this is an Activision issue. People on the PS 3&4 having trouble with the codes as well as download speeds.

I don't use Game Pass for PC so am going by what I have read but any games installed from GP should be found here:

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Packages\

Beyond that, no idea...typing the game into search should bring up any file locations

Ah well, was worth a try...had a feeling it wouldn't be that simple!! What game is it btw? Just wondering as some games have file names that don't always point to said game.

Whilst it shouldn't be the case, given you can't find the file and are sure it's there, have you tried changing folder options to include hidden files?
