    Having trouble using a redeemed code


    Hello, I redeemed a gift card on xbox.com/redeemcode, but when I started up warframe I still couldn't access multiplayer. Is there something I'm not doing correctly? Do I have wait before it takes effect. help would be great appreciated.

    Still having trouble. Have redeemed a code, but account management -> download history indicates that the code was for something called "Content Not Available." Halp?

    once a code is redeemed it cannot be redeemed if you are having trouble logging into the account with gold contact support they should be able to help you out

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with redeeming the game. Have you tried signing in here on Xbox.com and redeeming the code online? To redeem a code click on your GT at the top right and enter the code. Let us know if that helps :)

    You should still be able to redeem the code so long as there's no expiration date on the DLC card :) If you have any trouble redeeming the code post back here and let us know.
