Having trouble signing into my account on switch

As I have checked the error code may also mean that there is an outage, however, I checked on Mojang's support social media page and there are no reported issues.

We understand that you're having trouble connecting your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch. It sounds like you may have accidentally clicked on the Xbox sign-in page instead of the Nintendo Switch sign-in page.



To connect your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch, please follow these steps:



1. On your Nintendo Switch, go to System Settings > Users > Add User.

2. Create a new user account and select "Sign in using a Microsoft account."

3. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Microsoft account and link it to your Nintendo Switch.

I am also having this problem. I have been trying to sign in for 2 days now.I type in my password and all it does is a signing in and will not go any further. I am so frustrated!

I can not even accessy Xbox guide. It says it is currently unavailable :/

You can always change the settings for single sign-on and to remember you for instant connection. If you are not aware of how to do this I would be glad to help here is one to help get started:
