    Having trouble setting up an Xbox live account


    Trying to set up accounts and gamer tags on my Xbox 360. Everything goes fine until I get to where I enter email and password info. I get a: Sorry, this action can't be performed at this time. Try again later. Visit www.Xbox.com/support .... and gives a
    number 8015402B. What do I need to do here? I can't download any apps or anything, games on disc aren't a problem.

    Profiles do not have access to Xbox Live

    Go to settings/accounts/remove accounts. Remove the profile that is having trouble accessing Live.

    The go to setting/account/family/add to family.

    Hey there Csaffle! Setting up a new Xbox Live account is easy. All you need to do is have the person create a new email for their account (all accounts must have their own email). Since this account is for your little girl, I would suggest making the new
    email yourself and keeping the information where you can remember it. After that, all you need to do is follow the same steps you took to set up your own account and you're set. If you have trouble remembering, just head over to xbox.com with the new email
    address and you'll be able to set up more information on the account.
