    I'm having trouble playing online on my Xbox one. I bought a month of gold on the $1 deal last night, and was able to download some of the free games overnight. When I tried to play online this morning, the console took me to the xbox live purchase screen
    (despite the fact that I already have gold) and so i just bought another month assuming that it would fix the issue. The problem is, is that it didn't and now despite the fact that in the "my memberships" section in the my games and apps tab it says that I
    have gold, it still takes me to the purchase screen when I try to play online. I can still play the games i downloaded with gold though. I've tried several steps to fix this. I've held down the power button for 10 secs, I've cleared the cache, I've deleted
    and re downloaded my account, I've done all three at the same time. Is there any sort of way that I haven't tried that could fix this?

    No clue the rest went invisible.

    Things you have tried: Static IP, changed settings in router,

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: Currently Yes

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: No NAT error, it is currently saying Open

    Any Error Codes you encounter: None (except some in game ones)

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): TWC (roadrunner)

    Having trouble playing in Online games

    I'm having trouble connecting in online matches and staying in online matches. I've tried everything and am at my wits end. Current games experiencing problems, Fifa 2015, Happy Wars, Destiny, PvsZ Garden Warfare

    Having trouble playing online

    I have the EXACT same problem.

    Played some COD: WW2 yesterday like any other day, went to check the Black Friday Sale, bought a game and after that....couldn't get to any online services within any games.

    My subscriptions say I have Xbox Live Gold to last me to 11/2018, but can't play any multiplayer at any game. Just wants me to get more Gold-time.

    All I can say is that removing my account and re-downloading it doesn't work (did this two times).

    Xbox support pages say that the next step would be to do a factory reset on my console, which would suck because I have almost 800 GB's worth of games on my HD and just to get that all re-downloaded would take like two whole days.

    Since the official Xbox support is closed (as it is on weekends...?) I guess I'm not playing any MP unless this magically works out by itself.

    Aaaaand now - after removing & re-downloading my account for two times, reseting the whole console once - I noticed that my Xbox One S went straight from being Open NAT to Strict. So after making sure EVERYTHING was as they needed to be on my network connections
    and such....

    It just started working! On its own 0_o

    It went from getting "Unavailable" NAT to Open.

    Hopefully this could get your hopes up, or atleast gives some perspective on this situation.

    I've heard that there can be some network connection issues with the Xbox One S sometimes, so maybe it's more to do with the hardware than with the account/subscribtions.

    To properly isolate your concern and provide you an appropriate solution, please clarify the information below:

    • Have you tried to use a different profile on the same console?
    • Does the issue occur when you play online with other games?
    • How do you connect your console to the network?
    • Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold membership on your account?
    • On which device are you trying to play the game?

    Some internet services can only handle so much bandwidth, and if one device is using alot, the other can't function properly.
