    Having trouble playing disc


    my son is having trouble playing FIFA 16, which he has played for months with no problems. Now when he tries to play it, this message pops up: "do u own this game or app? If u have a game disc, insert it now. If u bought this online..." we have the physical
    disc inserted, it's like the Xbox one isn't recognizing that there is a disc inside??

    Having trouble playing

    i'm having trouble playing. My Xbox controller flashes and I can't sync it, I press the sync button on the Xbox but it doesn't flash and I can't even play, it disconnects in a game of cod and signs me out then goes away sometimes its 2 days, even offline
    I can't even sign in, I've reset it, unplugged it for a day still nothing its so annoying can someone help?

    are the disc scratched?

    the could be some dust in the disc drive. you could try to gently blow inside. like in the old SNES times ;-)

    If you call they will tell you to hard restart, go erase your DVD blue ray persistent storage 3x. That really doesn't help- the problem will just come back a couple weeks later but then your disc won't even read. I have been through this. Had to send mine
    back multiple times and have now been waiting almost 3 weeks and still have not gotten any help. Sorry people, something is just not right- seems like there are issues with everything from what I keep seeing in these posts.
