Having trouble not getting my points for games I own.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
support. Keep in mind that if the games were bought before the offers became available, they may not be eligible.

Following up on a user I suggested post in this support forum...and now am regretting it. I know you're trying to help, ardi, but did you even read the longer post from the link the OP provided? They redeemed the code for the 1600 points at the MS Store
and received the code to download 1600 points (or the equivilent, whatever) on the cosole and it is that code that has failed. MS is the retailer, ardi, and that is why they are here. Keep up the good work!

Sorry to hear your troubles. It looks like you've been provided with a coupon to use on the Microsoft Store website rather than an digital code for 1600 Microsoft Points to be used on Xbox. The coupon will apply a discount when you purchase 1600 Microsoft
Points from the retailer's website. You must place an order for a 1600 Microsoft Points card and then enter the coupon code which will give you a 100% discount (therefore giving you the points card for free). If the coupon code is still not working when you
place an order then you must contact the retailer to discuss the discount being applied to your order as they are the ones who generated the coupon. They may no longer have the 1600 Microsoft Points card in stock either, so you will have to contact the retailer
to work out the next step for you to take advantage of this offer.

Good point uneasy. Save me the trouble. On my end no issues with the gun. I get a pretty even game and have my spin and kill moments on both ends. Treyarch makes a simple point and shoot game.
