Hi im having trouble logging into the forza forums with this account i can see all the forums when im not logged in and with other accounts but when i try to log on with this account it comes up with a msg saying

Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

is there any way i can fix this?

once a code is redeemed it cannot be redeemed if you are having trouble logging into the account with gold contact support they should be able to help you out

Hi

If you have not already done so you could try clearing your browser history including the cached web site information to see if this helps with he problem.

it didnt work i have also tried using different browsers edge,firefox etc but that still didnt work
