Having trouble installing certain titles on Xbox Game Pass?

For some reason today I've ran into trouble downloading a handful of specific titles, particularly brand new ones that were recently added (don't know if that has anything in particular to do with it). I really wanted to try Escape Academy but whenever I start the install I get a notification about a runtime that was installed, and progress sits at 0% without moving at all. Other titles download just fine, but for some reason I can't download these games at all. I've tried resetting the Xbox app, clearing cache, restarting the PC, etc. I just don't really know what to do tbh. I'd really like to know if anyone else has ran into similar issues, thanks.

I literally just did everything as outlined in his instructions after trying just about every other solution and it was the only thing that worked for me.

I would tell you to keep trying but don’t keep banging your head against the wall if nothing else is working. I was just gonna wait out an update or something until all of these wrinkles got ironed out; guess I just got lucky and found a solution that worked. Hang in there my guy.

Would you please share a screenshot of the Runtime package you are receiving? If that's the error I'm thinking about, other users started to have it today and there is no known fix so far.

Thank you for your response. Here it is, it's in the bottom right corner. It's the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop runtime that always pops up every time I try to download any of the titles you can see along with Escape Academy. A lot of the other games that have been on the service a while now download just fine, it's just those newer ones that were just added that refuse to start downloading whatsoever. At least I'm not the only one experiencing these issues.

Tried all the steps exactly like this, didnt work.

Still the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop Runtime Package" instantly downloads and reports it was successfull.

Afterwards the download is stuck @ 0%

Is it possible that there is some Version issue with the VCLibs?
