    I gifted xbox live gold to my son xbox and it didn't give me the 25 character redeem code.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then under the gifted transaction click on "order details", you should see the 25-digit code that he needs to redeem on his account.

    Please be sure not to post codes on the forums, as anyone can see and redeem them. If you're having trouble redeeming the codes make sure the region of your account is set to the correct region of your physical locale. Cross-region accounts aren't supported
    and can cause trouble with redeeming codes.

    If you get a chance, please share the error code you're receiving when trying to redeem a code. Thanks!
